The Franco-German AI Dialogue, initiated by the French Embassy in Berlin and led by the Fraunhofer Society, Inria, and Institut Mines-Télécom, brings together stakeholders from industry, research, and politics. The goal is to develop concrete measures for a sovereign, competitive, and sustainable AI ecosystem in Europe. Key areas of focus include regulation, infrastructure, energy, skilled workers, and strategic application fields. Workshops across multiple sectors led to concrete recommendations for action, which were presented in 2026.
